econAir

The econAir device was designed mainly to save air at the pressurised blowing points of tile conveying lines.

The unit is fitted directly above the conveyor so that, when the built-in sensor detects a piece passing, blowing starts by opening the supplied solenoid valve. When the system detects that no pieces pass during the programmed time, the solenoid valve stops blowing to save air.

The econAir dual model can also be set to cleaning mode. In this mode, once a preset number of pieces has passed, the solenoid valve is activated for a programmed time to perform a cleaning blow. This function is useful for cleaning sensors or filters.
