Large industrial displays

Process values visible from anywhere in the plant

Introducing our range of large-format numeric displays for industrial environments. The monitored value is shown on a multicolour display with 3 large digits (100 x 60 mm digits).

The digit size allows the value to be read from a maximum distance of approximately 40 metres, ensuring visibility from any point in the plant.

The range includes universal communications-controlled displays and smart displays designed for part temperature acquisition on conveying lines.

Universal display ESM-181

This large-format display is designed to show any external process variable. The external control system sets the displayed value and the display attributes (colour and blinking mode) through communications.

The device is powered at 24 VDC with a passive PoE option for the Ethernet versions.

Typical applications for this display include monitoring production counts, line speeds, temperatures, etc.

Infrared temperature display ITM-181

The ITM-181 is a smart part-temperature acquisition system for conveying lines. Temperature is measured with a fast-response infrared sensor, so no contact with the measured part is required.

The system includes a photocell to detect the presence of a part on the conveyor. This way, the value shown on the display is always the real temperature of the last measured part, avoiding anomalous temperature readings between parts (floor temperature, belts, etc.).

The unit has configurable alarm margins (upper and lower limits). When the measured temperature falls outside the configured margins, the display turns red to indicate the alarm condition, while simultaneously energising a relay output that can be used to signal the alarm to external devices.

As an option, the unit can include a 4-20 mA analogue output and several communication options (MODBUS over RS485, MODBUS TCP over Ethernet) to allow external monitoring of the part temperature.

The display has an optional module that logs temperature values so they can later be retrieved from an Android smartphone over Bluetooth. Logging capacity is practically unlimited, allowing years of logging with no need to delete the historical data.
