readyVoucher hotspot voucher printing software

readyVoucher is a software designed to easily generate random user-manager and regular hotspot users with the specified profile to use in mikrotik routers.
Once created, readyVoucher can print vouchers to the selected Windows printer (including ticket printers) using different and fully customizable voucher designs.

Full barcode and QR code support for all printers (registered version only).

Added UNICODE support. readyVoucher now supports UNICODE languages, like Greek or Arabic.
Added multi-router capability (multi-router system license or several router licenses are required). Now readyVoucher can connect to several configured routers. Router selection is done in the login window.

New readyVoucher 2.8 features:

Solved a problem in user creation reliability. On previous versions, using some RouterBoards, a small number of generated vouchers were lost or without profile assigned. In this version an additional check ensures that user is created and profile correctly assigned.
Currency configuration can include additional formatting, such as number of decimals, currency position and thousand signs. See help page for more details.

New readyVoucher 2.8b features:

Solved a bug saving default assigned design for each profile.
Profiles are sorted based on validity time.

New readyVoucher 2.10 features:

You can assign a custom password for users created without random name.
Workaround for user-manager bug when creating a big voucher quantity. In previous versions, using some RouterBoards, readyVoucher creates several additional users without voucher.

New readyVoucher 2.14 features:

Configurable number of copies per voucher based on design.
You can get customer data (first name, last name, email...) to put into user-manager database. This information can be printed in voucher and saved in history database.

New readyVoucher 2.15 features:

Username database. You can create your own username database, so operator can select username from list to create vouchers.
Solved API authentication problem on RouterOs v6.45.1 and above.

New readyVoucher 2.16 features:

User verification after creation is now a configurable option in setup dialog. This verification can impact performance, especially when creating a large number of vouchers. Some systems do not require this option, so you can disable it and fasten creation process. Other systems can present problems when creating users or assigning profiles, causing defective vouchers. Enable this option on these systems.

New readyVoucher 2.17 features:

Solved black images problem when printing vouchers after automatic Windows Update.
Router and access passwords are now hidden on edit controls.

New readyVoucher 2.18 features:

Added compatibility with RouterOs 7 user-manager.

New readyVoucher 2.19 features:

Solved bug in RouterOs 7.10+: Hotspot user expiration script not working in newer RouterOs versions due to new ISO format in date strings.

System requirements

readyVoucher needs the following requirements:

Windows machine to run readyVoucher utility. Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 supported (32 or 64 bits).
Windows compatible regular printer or POS printer.
Mikrotik router with API service enabled. RouterOS versions 4.x, 5.x, 6.x and 7.x supported.
User-manager package is required only if you want to use user-manager profiles

Starting from readyVoucher v2.7 you can choose between three licensing options: System based (single-router), System based (multi-router) or Router based according to your needs.

System based license (single-router)

With this license you can connect to any router (only one at a time).

readyVoucher system license (single-router) is linked to your Windows machine. This means that any generated system license will be valid only for the machine specified during licensing process. Please note that, due to secury reasons, system license validity will be lost after a complete Windows reinstall.

readyVoucher System Key is generated during program install. You can get your System Key from the Setup Window, License tab.

System license price (single-router) is only EUR 28.50 taxes included. You can purchase your license online through PayPal using the form shown below. Please include your email address and all required System Keys. Your license keys will be sent by email in 1-2 working days after payment.

Router based license

readyVoucher router license is linked to your Mikrotik router. This means that any generated router license will be valid only for the router specified during licensing process. Please note that, due to secury reasons, router license validity will be lost if you replace your router. Using this license, you can install readyVoucher in several machines, without limitations, to access the licensed router.

readyVoucher Router Key is automatically generated when the router is contacted using the voucher generator window.

In order to get this Router key, configure your router data in the setup dialog and log into the voucher generator. After this login, you can close readyVoucher and open it again to access the setup dialog. Your Router Key will appear in the License tab.

Router license price is only EUR 54.50 taxes included. You can purchase your license online through PayPal using the form shown below. Please include your email address and all required Router Keys. Your license keys will be sent by email in 1-2 working days after payment.
